Connect Employment Services (Connect) and The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB) signed a partnership agreement on April 18, 2007. The agreement will result in paid on-the-job training opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
The partnership reflects the ongoing committment of the WCB to supporting diversity and inclusion in the community. The training opportunities will enable Connect clients to build new skills and experience and enhance their ability to compete for similar jobs in the community.
